Refund Policy for Dahlia

At Intoit Labs Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring our users have a positive experience with our services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • A user had a bad experience at any of the organized events.

  • A refund request is made within 7 days of payment confirmation.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Send an email to hello@dahlia.cx with a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Ensure the refund request is made within the seven-day period from the start of the subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services or products consumed outside the scope of the promised benefits for which the user paid separately in addition to their monthly subscription.

  • Expenses made at any of the events.

4. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. However, we reserve the right to revoke any associated perks promised in the plan effective immediately if necessary.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Additionally, an apology letter will be sent to the user.

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-14 days from the date of approval.

7. Additional Support

If a response is not received from the official email (hello@dahlia.cx) within 48 hours of submitting the refund request, users can reach out to the founder's personal email iamanurag1@gmail.com for assistance.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a refund, Intoit Labs Private Limited will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of India.

Intoit Labs Private Limited reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
